Ok...before my compressor went out last year...I noticed that when A/C was on, had like a cold fog coming out of the vents....presently engine is pulled, more difficult but left compressor intact so I don't have to recharge system. Was driving my beater explorer the other day and same condition of cold fog coming from vents, but only when outside air used (kinda hot here in the midwest now)....this made me ask what's up??? Is this a sign of a dryer unit going bad?? A/C condensor going bad? Or what...just too much humidity?....so, I thought I'd post to see if any knowledgable A/C people would know.... thanks
